I would like to inform that in our District mainly in Changlang (Hq) of Arunachal Pradesh internet is very poor from last 4 to 6 months. If theres electricity cut network also cut and if electricity resume it will take half or hour to take to resume of internet service with poor speed. Nowadays, there’s online classes are going on and in this very situation how can we managed with this poor net connection. Further, no Airtel retailer is here to complaint against the poor network. Therefore, through the consumer complaints court I would like to convey my message to Airtel Executive for early solution ASAP.
