Internet is down since Saturday and raised complaint
Called customer care and it’s been 3 days due to internet issues unable to work and we are being coded as Loss of pay by our company
Called previous technicians who visited our premises and also send email to all nodal officers about my issues and even sent an email to Airtel CEO along with tweeted on social media
I was promised some resolution will be provided by 3:30pm today but no resolution or call received.
