Internet is not working properly and i am not able to do anything in my mobile. Have raised a complaint against 0n 29th August 2020 but till now(6th September 2020) its not resolved yet and again they are asking me for more time to resolve.
They all know 6th september is Sunday(Non-working Day) but still they offered me this day of resolving.
And now they are excusing that its sunday ,no-working days so we need 3more days to resolve.
Either you fire those people who cant able to resolve the issue till now when dedline is crossed already OR i will stop using the service or will escalate this matter to higher manager.
I cant wait any more days to resolve. I cant wait for a single day also.
