FOR THE ISSUE I CALL CUSTOMER LIKE 121 AND 198 THEY SAID LOW BALANCE TO MAKE A CALL..BUT I AM USING 1 YEAR PACK FOR UNLIMITED CALLS.
IF I CANT CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE AT EMERGENCY SUITATION MEANS WHAT IS THE USE OF UNLIMITED PACK, AND CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS TOLL FREE THEN ITS CANT CONNECT THEN WHY THEY SAID IT AS TOLL FREE..IF POSSIBLE INSIST THE OPERATOR TO CHANGE THE TOLL FREE NUMBER AS PAID SERVICE NUMBER..
