Internet service was stopped suddenly on 21.05.2020 before the validity date 26.05.2020 is over without any information. I had tried to contact with the Airtel service department. But failure. Again I had recharged my mobile (Rs. 399.00 for 56 days) on 24.05.2020 before the validity is over. In Spite of that I did not get the internet service till the time. Already 28 days are over out of 56 days service.
Therefore I request you kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action so that I am able to get the internet service at the earliest.
Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.
