Text of Complaint by RAHUL A:

I am Rahul, a long-time Jio Fiber customer. I have been facing a complete internet outage since Sunday, May 4th, 2025, from 8:00 PM. I raised a complaint immediately, but as of today (May 7th), there has been no resolution, and no technician has visited my residence to address the issue.

I work from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and this disruption has severely impacted my ability to do my job. Despite multiple calls to your customer care:

I was promised a visit at 10:00 AM – no one came.

Then it was rescheduled to 11:00 AM – again, no show.

Later, I was told a technician would arrive in 2 hours, but still, no one turned up.

Even after my most recent call at 1:30 PM, I was only told the issue will be resolved “within today” – without any specific update or confirmation.

Every time, I have to initiate the call to follow up – there is no proactive communication from your end.
