I complaint for internet not working from last Saturday i complaint on Sunday technical person come on Monday(24-6-19) he say some problem about fiber cable so it was solve up to Monday (24-6-19) evening but up to now no any solution… Yet after 6 days my internet not working…. If you broadband cannot give good service plz. Give me refund my money so i will take service of other ISP b’Coz no any person attempt my call…
also not satisfy reply from you broadband care center in last 6 days they all are give wrong commitment and pass time of my business days….
so now i want to refund my money back….
also before it i register compliant on 3rd Jun but that compliant also not resolve after 25 days that compliant also you broadband cheat me by his sale person and give me wrong commitment of two month of my plan… against that i give power from my personal house… and company not give one month additional service same time i not want to router device against that you broadband offer me one month additional service free so total 2 month of service not provide by you broadband company in last year… and after that sale person is change and he say me that i will do it for you plz. recharge for next year and than he change his statement that that is not in my hand to do it…
so now i don’t want you broadband service…. and plz. refund my remain amount
