In reference to the subject cited above, my airtel xtreme connection no. Is 01914001451 and in the name of amit abrol. Internet service was disconnected / not working from dt. 24.03.21 (complaint no. 129241278).
But till date none of the executive call me Or came to the site. I have called on the customer care no. 121, but the sr. executive namely keshav says it will take 2 hours, the service down more than 40 hours . Till now, nothing have resolved and no one take it seriously.
It is my request to you that kindly intervene into the matter and strictly direct the concerned to do the action early and resolve my issue and also extend my validity.
