Hi my internet is not working from 15 June and every single time when u can they give the same excuse that technical issues and all but seriously 11 plus days u need to resolve and when we call customer care they give the same reply and they talk rudely and ruthlessly when we say to transfer it to supervisor they keep on long hold and at the end the hang up the call i need this issue to resolve asap as we r facing troubles in our work
