Internet is not working for more than 72 hours. And no action is taken instead if making calls to custoemt care team.

On 8 march 2023 my internet stop working, I make a complain through application by chat and resolve box. They have raised a complain Id also which is 10147975399, but no resolution has been taken till date. Also I made several calls to customer care and executives all are clueless and just giving useless confirmation. Moreover I got a call from Airtel regarding my bill payment whose last date will be 19 March, I asked to solve the issue so they said both are different departments, their job is to remind Us to pay the bill on time. I again raises a complain to deactivate or disconnect the service so that I can buy better service provider of some other company. Still there is no response. Just raising complains daily.
Hopeless services. Worst team.
