Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully I beg to say that I live in Jharkhand state and use Airtel’s prepaid sim card and have been having network related problems since morning. My 4g network is not working and is converted into 2g. I tried to solve this problem many times even I did factory reset, but it’s still not working properly.
Please give me justice
