This is regarding internet issues I’m facing since 2 months continuously. I’m raising so many tickets requesting for technician visit but no response whatsoever. Latest, my internet is not working since more than 2 weeks, had a call with customer care numerous times still the same old answer there’s technician shortage in your area and we’ll try to get this resolved asap. But when????? Being a loyal customer since more than 3 years this is how they’re providing service. I’ve never seen such pathetic customer care support where executive just disconnect the call and that’s the reason I’ve finally requested a refund as I’ve just renewed my plan but no response on that as well.
I hope I’ll get required assistance on the same.
