I called on service center to book complaint about my internet five days ago. There is no resolution provided to that complaint. The internet is still not working. I called numerous time on service center and as per them the complaint ticket is still open. This is very ridiculous services and very disappointed in this. As per the agent i was told someone will visit my house within 24 hours and provide solution. It has been morr than 5 days and no one has visited to provide solution.
I aslo called our local internet provider Dhaval and Mayur at Nirnaynagar and they are just shadowing me. As per them they cannot visit home because they don’t have enough equipment to check the internet. What kind of answer is this? These agent should be fired and need their license canceled by GTPL so they do not scam anyone again. Very disappointed in GTPL. If this is not resolved. This will be taken further.
