i have buy a new connection airtel xstream fiber on 9th November and they have installed on 14th November. The Broadband customer id- 20000307646 and Broadband number is 055110147879_dsl . After that connection is not stable and local team disconnected my internet connection due to wrong configuration from Airtel engineer. Gorakhpur team know the issue but they are not fixing issue. I have raise multiple service request from 16th November but no update from his end. The service request number are 10001565649, 10001619752 and 10001654934.
