From 13 of Jan 2019 I am not able to use internet, I had file complain at customer care, they told me that there is some issue in that particular area(R S Pura, Jammu). I told them I can’t able to use internet anywhere in j&k but no body bother about that, when ever I call customer care I had repeated this story to every one. Every time they asked me to cooperate. I am cooperating from last 16 days. Now I decided to Port out my number(9858712143) from Airtel to jio.
