- I recently upgraded my internet plan online. While upgrading i received notification that the router shall be replaced. it is yet to be replaced. I am facing occassional disconnection of internet, which disturbs my regular work.
- I tried raising ticket for the same, but there is no option available to raise complaint on the app or website.
- I tried calling customer care, which either puts me on long hold or the call get disconnected automatically.
- All my efforts to reach customer care for help is unsuccessful. and my problem is still not resolved.
