the internet services has been donw from more than 24 hours, and no update over the service request, and on calling the escalation team they cannot commit any timeline or ETA for the fix, as this seems some S2 Port issue as per Escalation team and they have no idea on teh ETA and cant commit any thing on this, SR # SR00001PHO9K, pathetic service and feel like cheated post new recharge.
