Dear Airtel,
please stop fooling people in the name of Xtreme Fibernet . As you are not even providing a basic internet connectivity in urban areas as well.. My internet is down since 1 day and this is crucial as I am working from Home. When ever I call to your complaints department they say it will be fixed in 2-4 hours and I am left no where to go. This is a new connection I have taken just 1 -2 months ago.
Service is pathetic and not a reliable network at all.. I need immediate restoration of the network to continue my work.
