I am a postpaid customer of Bharti Airtel Limitted and my mobile no is 9971495666. When was located in Delhi (My Work Place) its work good in any other network (my satisfaction). Now i am in My home town for some time wef 25 Oct 2020 (My Home Address is ” Sobhanam KB Nagar H No 209A, Eravipuram PO, Near Aadhikkadu Temple (Near Marwa Agencies) Kollam (State) Kerala 691011). The Network is very poor in my location and i cannot use internet and cannot make calls. Intially i am report the issue through customer care, they are said to me the problem is resolved on max 6 days that is 06 Nov 2020. Today i am again call to the customer care and they are said to me that you are not registeded any complaint against the said problem. Then I speak with the Supervisor ‘Iram’ and they said me your complaint is registered and its not resolved till date. Again they ask me to 3 or more days to resolve the problem. I am in my home town wef 25 Oct 2020 and today is the 12 day. I think Baharti Airtel Limited is a Most reputed Mobile Company, but these type irresponsibility service for a valid pospaid customer is not accetable and i cannot give you much more time. You are requested to instruct the concernd authority to resolve the problem at the earliest please.
