Hello Team,
I have been using my Airtel Broadband with DSL number 017621707245, i started experiencing problem with my connection on 24th January, 2021 and immediately raised a complaint under complaint ID 126939200 (Screenshot attached) at 11:53 AM. The time of writing my complaint now is 09:21 PM on 28th January, 2021 and I haven’t received any resolution regarding the same, I have been going back and forth with them in order to get this resolved and have been posting on Twitter as well in order to expedite the process as currently I am working from Home and this is the only connection that I have to login to my work. Everyday I get a call claiming that the resolution will be provided by day end but there is no action taken as of now. The worst part about all this is, that my neighbours also have similar Airtel broadband connection and their connection seems to work fine.
After all this hassle, on 27th January, 2021, i had to pay Rs 2600+ to get a new connection for my place just so that I can login for my work, I have already missed 4 days of my work and which in turn has affected the number of days that I worked for this month hence, resulting in loss of Salary, but no one from Airtel is ready to take the responsibility to get this corrected and I have been very frustrated with all this.
I would request to kindly look into all this and please provide a resolution as I am harassed by their customer support service.
