I received a call from Eldora ventures 462/2, 4th Floor, Suvidha Complex, Opp. Narsimh Mehta Talav Gate, Near Green Mart, Junagadh, Gujarat(GJ) – 362001 executive his name Kartik Aggaral on 14th August Customer Care 95125 86003 they offered me data entry work and made me sign a contract with some terms. They send email regarding work ID password and agreement. I had filled 200 forms and next day of working itself they blocked my working ID provided by them. I tried complaining on there helpline next day which they didn’t answer. After next day they called me and said you have done multiple login so your ID has been blocked and I need to pay maintenance fee of 7999/- or pay 4520/- to leave the work as mentioned in the agreement. While I said I won’t pay, send me your company registered documents or my ID information in email then I will pay the charge. But they didn’t agree. They sent me an agreement without my signature before provide the work. Later I received a call from their so called advocate someone named Sharma where threatening talked rudely and almost mental tortured me that he will file an FIR and that I have to face consequences. Later on he send me an email regarding FIR. I completely believe that it is fake, I trust the cyber department that they will look into this and catch the scam.
Now they are threatening me and mentally harassing me and asking me pay otherwise FIR will be send to you.
Please help me and take action against them.
