I’m vikram. On 7 september 2023 ,in WhatsApp I got a message from Learn N Earn HR regarding online job.They said that registration is free of cost and after you earn you will pay for the course. So I registered using my proof (Aadhar Card) and I e-esign it and click selfie for verification.But after registration it shows I have to pay 5999+ GST for the course.So immediately I ask the HR about payment and he/she said that you only pay after you earn.But I’m not interested so I didn’t open any link they send.But after some days I got a mail regarding fees payment invoice for course.So I contacted the HR through WhatsApp but he/ she told me that you got a call from company and talk to them.But I got a call from A name Shiv Patel,he said that I’m legal advisor of Learn N Earn and they filed a consumer case against me for not paying the course fees.I tried to explain what the HR said before but he blackmailed to pay the amount 5999+ GST otherwise you will have to face the consequences and you will face me in consumer court in Surat .After that I came to know that they are scammers and they scammed many people as me.So please help me to solve this issue.
