I have seen a bean bag add on Facebook, it looks interesting so i have ordered, they gave delivery within 2-3 days and charged 80 extra for that but it has been a month now, no response .

There was an advertisement on the social media, account with a suitcase price of $ 0.01 each and later 4.91$(approx ₹350) for one suitcase on carvipwsxmall.xyz.While completing the purchase it asked for my mastercard credit card number in detail and after entering the details amount of ₹4502.63 (approx. 51$) and ₹5078.94(approx. 56$) was withdrawn without having an option to enter the OTP (OTP was not generated for the bank as well). Please help in the process of refund as amount is huge for me and please take legal action on the scamers.
The help section is offline most of the time and don’t provide complete information when they are online.
They don’t respond to emails as well.
