I have Airtel mobile 9112266099 connection in Nagpur. For the last one month I have been receiving sms to upgrade to Rs.499 plan. This week, because of low speed I am unable to download/ upgrade any app. For the last 3 days I am unable to upgrade whatsapp which resulted in not able to view important whatsapp messages of my higher authorities. Airtel’s such action is coersive to pressurise me to upgrade to higher plan. I sent mail to Airtel but no response. This coersive attempt of Airtel is to be stopped and I should get the speed which I got earlier.
