I am roaming from Bangalore to Bhopal.
The current roaming address is E4/8 Arera Colony Bhopal.
For last 2 hours I am unable to send or receive whatsapp messages (all messages go into waiting for network). I have reset the phone, none of my other family members phones are connecting too.
On calling call center they book the complaint with a 8 days committment to rectify.
Is this 8 days acceptable? What does the license condition say?
