Text of Complaint by Niharika Tripathi:

Airtel is not a good network provider instead they only make money by not providing any services. I am paying 500/- monthly bill where there is no network in my mobile and I can’t even use my what’s app.When I have asked to migrate my Post paid plan to prepare they are asking me to visit to airtel store during covid 19.

I have my small child who cannot be taken out and they are asking me to put my child in risk…

I just wanted to know, are they going to take care of my child and will they take responsibility of anything happen..

I need justification when govt is making everything online why not these private company..

They are just making money by making fool to citizens.

I will not accept this. I will stop using Airtel. Pathetic brand
