My Jio fiber connection was not working properly, Since yesterday night connection is totally stopped.. have approached to Jio team via email & Calling to their customer care to provide me complaint no. Executive Mr. Naveen refused to provide me Complaint No. stating that i have called from my alternate no. ( which is also registered on my profile in jio).
After paying permium amount to jio, i am not understanding why they are fail to provide service on timely manner.
I want support now because this is the third time i am facing same issue with jio.
