Text of Complaint by Sudhagaran S:

Am facing Network Disconnection and Slowness from Past two days all of a sudden. I have been using Airtel network from long past and specially did not have any issue in the recent 4-5 months, and from the last two days am facing very Intermittent network disconnection (every 5-10 secs) and also slowness in the network. My handset it capable of receiving 4G signal strength but due to issue in Network am not receiving proper Data speed. Note: Am having network signal strength always to the maximum, but am facing call dropping issues as well. Whenever I make phone calls its getting abruptly dropping without any reason. And even if am in another call and someone tries to reach me during the time, the existing call automatically drops and the new call starts ringing. This is really annoying to me. Would request airtel to look into this issue as early as possible and provide needy solution. Thanks for understanding my situation.
