Text of Complaint by Vivek Mahadevan:

Hi,
I own JIO Fiber internet and I am from porur Chennai. On 14th of July the internet stopped working and I gave a compliant .. Till today I have not been provided with a solution. On22nd I have raised an escalation ticket also and still not reply . The customer care agents are not answering the call and cutting the call while I am holding the line. I am highly frustrated by their service as I have paid 8500 for 1 year on 11th of July and 14th July the connection got cut. I am recharging my internet daily with other networks at my expense which is the cost additionally incurred.
