I see very poor internet connectivity. IVR is not user friendly. Explains data validity n other stuff instead of finding customer query. On pressing 1 for internet issue the IVR still continues with other options and it’s a waste of time to hold on for the complete IVR to complete. And most importantly the call gets disconnected when you select option to contact cust executive.
IVR says it’s takes 8 days to resolve. Seriously? Is Airtel so poor to fix internet issues?
