Text of Complaint by Mullapati Santhosh Bargav:

I have paid my bill on 11/11/2022 and I was given offer of 8 months instead of 6 months..and I got msg on 5/03/2023 that my net will disconnect if I do not pay bill..as per given validity it has to be upto 11/07/2023..even after raising complaint my internet has been disconnected on 08/03/2023 which is even less than 6 months validity..I have raised issued to customer care but there is no proper action and response
