Our internet was disconnected for landline number ( 011-45715810) on 23rd of September due to the non paymen Of an old disconnected account for which we did not receive any bill or any notification.
Once airtel informed us over the phone that too be we calling the customer care the payment was immediately made for Rs 1140.

However the services for the new connection has still not been resumed and our work has suffered a lot due to WFH scenario these days.
After calling airtel multiple times no response from them or no solution for the same and emails I guess they send it directly to spam.
