Dear Sir,
This is in ref. to the internet data stealing from my phone by Airtel. I recharged 398 rs. pack per month where i get 3gb data daily. In the starting I was thinking that may be I used the data. But when I started noticing I do not use this much internet that I loose my all data, when I have Jio plan with daily 1gb data, my mothers Idea mobile where I get 1.5gb daily data, and i never watch so videos daily. Few days ago I checked my data balance in mid night @ 12.00am, and then switched of my internet data to check in morning. And when I woke up and checked I already lost my 500 mb data while i was sleeping. and since then I got to know this. When my primary network was Jio 1.5gb what used to get was enough for me. but now, 3gb plus others phones data is not enough. Today I lost my complete 3gb data without using it complete. However, I accept I opend fb on my pc , used my emails , but I am sure that it was not that much data consuming activities.
Unfortunately , I have to write here. I know I am not going to get solution here, because a simple man cannot get solutions specially when complaining such big companies, because our money is not earned but we get it from the money plants right ?? But still i am writing it because somewhere I believe that I will get solution for this.
