My number (9885433072) was activated on 24th Nov 2019 with 499 Plan & able to make the calls & receiving the calls.However till today internet was not activated. i was following customer care since last 06 days & raised the complaints as well, but without resolving the issue tickets are closing. today i have visited Airtel store (SR Nagar Branch, Hyderabad) & informed the issue. now they are saying your plan is activated only for calls not activated for data. My number Port is done by Gachibowli branch, Hyderabad. But SR Nagar Branch are saying we are unable to activated data. find the snapshot below for reference of my plan. Kindly active the service immediately. What worst services, there is no proper communication & executives are showing plans with all benefits. even yesterday i have visited Gachbowli Airtel store, executive (Supriya) told that issue will be resolve within 2hrs, but nothing is happen & again today i havs visited again, but no update..if issue is not resolved within 2hrs. i will all evidence & voice record. if issue is not resolved. i will not make any payment.
