Hi,
This is regarding internet data detection in my Airtel prepaid(9500465481) as well as postpaid(7338772122) connection. I have been recharged Prepaid with a package that provides 1.5 GB/day and for postpaid with 13 GB/day. on 20-July-2020 there was a sudden detection of my 1.5 GB data within an hour, later installed “Thanks Airtel App” got 2 GB free data along with i have recharged 3GB data for RS.48 all these deducted in 2-3 hours. And postpaid also detected in a same way of 2-3 hours which is around 12 GB. I have called to customer care but couldn’t get proper response.
Today 21-Jul-2020, also im facing same issue still i have made a track of when i started using data and what im using.
All i could assure is my total usage will not exceed a GB per day but this made to opt for other network. I have been using same package for years and this is something very bad for a prime customer. Need justification and clarity on this. Otherwise claim of best customer service in Airtel claim will not be valid.
