I have annual subscription of GTPL. I am facing following problems:
1) Regular loss of internet connectivity.
2) I file complaints but no one calls me after rectifying the complain, and GTPL closes the complain without asking me
3) After I get msg of complain getting closed, problem again comes back in 2-3 days
4) Even after doing full payment and being a regular customer for long time, GTPL has treated me very badly.
5) There is no information about any technical or repair work going in our area, and GTPL disconnects the internet, and customer care people are not able to tell by when connection will be restored.
