I have purchased new GTPL broadband connection and till now I’m facing internet connectivity issue in once in week. As we are working from home and IT sector provided us this great facility but due to the connectivity issue I’m not able to give output in work from home. This is really frustrating
When you will call GTPL customer care they will accept your complaint and assure you to solve in 1 to 3 NBD. Now I don’t know if this issue happens once in week and they will take 3 days to resolve then how we can continue with their service.
