Bad internet connectivity, network issue, call drop. I already registered complaint many times from my airtel thanks application, customer care, nodal officer via email,still iam waiting for the resolution it’s been 3 months now. I didn’t received any response fron nodal office also. It’s been a horrible and pathetic experience from airtel.
Every time i registered complaints ,they gave a specific date and time and no action taken over the complaint, in the end TAT will be over and date of resolution will be changed.
