I have a jiofiber connection. Internet stopped working 3 days back. I have been raising service requests. No service person is attending but resolving the issue raised . The internet issue still persist. I raised below 2 requests SR00001C6VUE raised on 13-jul. this was closed without even resolving within 1 day. SR00001C7K09 was raised on 14-jul. It was also closed without resolving by 15-jul morning. I have been calling customer care. They simply reopened the request. When I asked them i wanted to talk to local technician, they say they do not have numbers.when i asked the process to escalate, they say escalation officer cannot take call. Not available. When I told i will raise complaint in consumer forum, she disconnected call. Now I got a message saying my request will be attended by 18-jul. This is a pathetic service and i would request strict action on the people who are not caring about customer
