It’s been 5 days and still internet is disconnected and no one from GTPL have taken a visit to resolve this issue, nearly everyday I complain about it and they just close my complain after 24hrs without solving it and consumer satisfaction. I am working from home in which I had to face losses and consequences due to the disconnectivity of net. I even emailed in GTPL about my issue but no one replied it just an automated reply comes up. I want my full refund and extension of 1 year in the sense of covering my losses.
