Text of Complaint by Sanjay mistry:

1. On 6 April 2021, I mailed to GTPL that there is two connection showing in my number, one of this is not belongs to me, even on ourchase of connection. I asked to solve this to sales person(Named: Ravi), he asked that it will be solved… But still on this date of 17-06-2021 it’s not solved, still there are 2 connection in my mobile number. Every time I ask and they are just giving fake commitment that it will resolved, nobody is responding. .

2.  On today 17-6-2021, there was connection lost due to heavy rain in Ahmedabad from yesterday night, in today morning I got message from GTPL that my connection is restored which is actually NOT, I wasn’t able to connect to internet, so I messaged in whatspp to local Gtpl person named  Jitendra Hadiyal, he told me that he is off duty for 3 days and when I asked that what is my alternative contact person, he gave me CUSTOMER CARE support number,

After I called to CC they gave me confirmation and commitment thay it will be resolved in 24 hours, after I cut that CC call, I got text message from GTPL thay JITENDRA HADIYAL is on the way to reach installation address… This is person whom I asked first and he told me that he was OFF DUTY , and got msg on his name,.   Then I asked to Person thay why I am getting msg on your name , he just blocked me on whatsapp !!!

What a pathetic misguiding behaviour of GTPL service, and this is not first time I am facing this issue, each and every time  I am facing same rude , cheap , menatlly torchured , irritating , irresponsible behaviour from GTPL, I also emailed about my concerns to Customer care, but never they reply or took action , that is why I am writting this.

I asked then on CC call to give me any superviser on concern person contact number, but they refused to gave and aksed me to visit GTPL OFFICE, are they giving me my compensation to visit there on putting leave In my job or travel expense ?

I need your intervention and hope I will get satisfactory action on this .

 

I can not tolerate this kind of service, this kind of rude behaviour of GTPL executive’s , I feel that i will get threaten from them if I will call him and asked about same.

I strongly urge to take legal action on GTPL if I won’t get satisfactory result after writing this, please help me out,

I am face ng mentally frustated and tortured that I have to spend my working hours time to this IRRESPONSIBLE, POOR, PATHETIC, MONEY GREEDY  GTPL.
