I am regular customer of airtel, recharge on time but airtel doesnt treat us like a coustomer they treat us like we take free service from them. We are paying but no response. From my last 8 or 7 months i always complaint about network issue but they only says work is going on it will be corrected shortly, but there is no chane. And now it became worse my 4g network is connecting and disconnecting simultaneously regular. But when i complaint they say “sir you have used 480 mb today, 1.4gb yesterday, how can you tell there is no speed and you are not able to run internet.”. And i say that i am running 3g internet and it takes 6hrs to download a file of 705 mb then they again says the same as regular that work is going on. Now i cant study online due to them and its because of internet issue, pages are loading in 2 minutes or more and letters not coming well.my study exams coming but i cant study. Help me.
