It has been more than 4 months now from when I had informed about very low internet speed. Now instead of this issue being resolved, i am facing a new issue of no internet connectivity or very less connectivity. I had called the jio customer complaint number, instead of taking down the complaint, telling about the cimplaint resolution date and providing me the complaint number, they are telling me that “we are working our best to provide you the best service, the network is fine at my area and we are thankfully for your patience.” What kind of answer is this…? When is it going to be solved??? I asked them to transfer to the superior or provide me the contact. They disconnected my call.. This happend thrice. As a customer, Are we not entitled to a better service than just false commitments?? I would request to address this issue soon else there is no point in utilising your services just because you are providing it for cheap with lots of connectivity problems. I would prefer to port it to Vodafone which has better connectivity and less of network problems.
