I have a jio prepaid sim and I have recharge ₹299 for 28 days.But last 5 days I can not use internet so I call customer care and give me a service request no and told me your problem short out with in 48 hrs.After 48hrs when I again call they again give me a service request no and told me this problem may be short out with in six months.If this is true then ₹299 recharge which was already done is totally waste.so I want my refund.
