I had taken connection in 8 jun2 2022 for 1 year service and paid 6000rs. After installation daily interntet connectivity los their employee doesn’t listen and problem resolved in 4 days 3 days in 1 week only 3 days provide network now i’m mantally harassment excitel service and my daily work also hampered i was unable to complete important work due to internet conectivity issue i want to refund my money which i was submitted in advance 6000 rs.
