I have been an Airtel customer pretty much all my life. Today I feel like I am still in 2010. The Internet connectivity doesn’t seem to be on par with future. Feels like you are lagging and the whole world is much in the front. Funny fact is that, my family uses 5 Airtel services. Not to mention about the fiber optic LAN. Above all, there’s an Airtel tower on top of my house which is supposed to provide faster internet connectivity. Having the contract ended, you are not even considering of moving out. I would like to know if you plan to solve these problems for a premium user of yours?
