With reference to the above, would like to inform you that, towards cell no.7760801570, last from 1 month I am not getting proper internet service and same I informed to your Mathikere, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. As per their suggestion I changed my SIM on 16th of January 2019. Even after that still the issue is not properly resolved and your store people refused to take further steps and said not to visit your store about this issue.
Meanwhile, I have given complaint to your customer care on 4th of February and they have taken 48 hours time. But till today there is no result. Even today also twice I called your customer care and simply they kept the phone on fold for more than 15 minutes.
Now, please note that until the issue will clear, further payment will not be made towards your bills.
