I have paid 2,200 rs as part of my bill cycle 0n 15 th april. Since then I couldn’t able to connect to the internet and I didn’t even used single byte of Internet.
Every time when I called the customer care they said the issue will be resolved by EOD but it’s been more than 2weeks and they haven’t resolved the issue.So I was really frustrated and I have requested for immediate suspension of my account and I requested this suspension for on 22nd april. They said for account suspension it will take 72 hrs and in between a person from billing department will call me and will tell about the refund amount.But none of them called me in the spawn of 96 hrs.Now when I call for the update they said there is no such suspension requested logged.
In total I would have called more than 30times but none of them really took care of the issue and every telecaller (customer service guy)is making false promises.So I want to file a case against Hathway for breaking the promise and for wasting my time and the mental torture that I have been in during this time.
