i have 181 gb balance as on today
still not able to assess the network showing limit reached
i have enquire the shops
all shops in nerul closed
contact the no for 4-6 times
one person attended and others disconnected
i request you kindly do the needful at the earliest failing i will not able to continue with the idia
again i am forced to complain the telecom authority for the loss i have inqure due to non co operation of the staff
file for reimbursement of loss to trai since it is their responsibility too
hope to settlle the matter on priority basis
