Severally called customer care, maintenance and cable team unable to fix the problem and they closed the ticket,
Again called up customer care, they assigned engineer but no one turned up or called for the issues. The sane continues every time we call customer care and no one turn up. Every time different excuse.After several attempts with customer care, we called up local airtel incharge by name Rohini from Baner Instead of resolution, we got to hear issues which is not related to our internet issues.
